Bill O Riley vs Cornel west and tavis smiley-santi

I have many feeling about this interview with Bill O Riley, Cornet West, and Tavis Smiley. I felt that it was mainly each parties opinions on what was done or said. However i do feel that Bill was wrong in stating that the fault is on the people stuck in poverty, hat ios is a personal problem. I believe this not to be the case. Like Tavis stated, if there were more programs for those willing to get themselves out of poverty the numbers would be signifigantly different.

Povery is a tough issue to disscuss in general.
People who are not stuck in poverty think it is a piece of cake to get out of. Don’t they know that money doesn’t not grow on trees. Then on top Of O’ Riley not knowing he is very offensive and him being the profession he claims to be acted in a very UNprofessional way. I can understand where Cornel and Tavis were going and why they were getting emotional and upset. If I was in that situation I would have probably acted the same way.
I also watched the part 2 of the interview. In that interview O’ Riley states that poverty is a personal problem and Tavis counters him telling Bill that is is more of a Political problem, and that politics cannot opt out and not taking any type of responsibility. However there are people in poverty that are that way because they are strung out on drugs or got trapped in the system and can’t break free. But there is hope for everyone who wants help so there is always a chance if they are allowed that chance.
To sum up this who interview, it was just a heated argument about how each side felt about a certain politician (Herman Cain) and his vast comments on poverty.
